2008...Going..going...

Wow what a December! Okay this is far the busiest December so far. Why busy? Hmm actually I'm also not sure about that. Haha. I think only towards near Christmas it started to get busy.

Friday is started out with my cell group's bbq party. So I invited 4 of my college kawans. I made butter garlic potato. It was yummy, but I think the garlic was a little bit too much. Anyway everything was gone. All eaten up by the babis there. Hehe. It was quite a big crowd and unfortunately after a while it started to drizzle so we had to roast the chicken while some of use held the umbrella. Luckily after a while it stopped. I didn't really ate much because I was too darn lazy to cook the chicken and it took such a long time. Instead I ate tons of sausages and my yummy potatoes.

The next day, Saturday morning, my bro,sis and I headed back to our other 'home' in Seremban. Parents just shifted about half a year ago, so they wanted to have a house warming. Around near 50 people was invited, including my relatives and my parent's church cell member. Another round of eating.

Next day, spent the whole day watching dvds with my aunt and sis. Halfway during the movie I fell asleep because I have been sleeping late for the past few days. In the afternoon we also sat around in the kitchen table and chit -chatted away. The day was kinda hot though. I think I kept on munching on food during the whole afternoon. That's what happens when there's loads of food in front of your face. So I ate and ate and ate...Kuih to yam cake to Rocky to chocolates to keropok to fruits..... Tsk tsk tsk. Total pig-ness.

Tomorrow is Christmas service and I'm dancing! I love dancing, especially for Christmas service. Then at night it'll be another eating session at my aunts place.Eat eat eat!

I think I've been holiday-ing too much this December. Sem finals starts on 21st January and I haven't even seen nor touched any of my books. I'm dead. I'm feeling guilty for not studying. Hmm... Actually more worried. Its my last semester then I end my Diploma. I'm slacking.

45 Minutes ago I was locked out of my house. Lol.

I woke up and tagged along with Rachie to TARC Open Day. Before I left I didn't know my bro wasn't at home. Thinking he would be home, I locked the door and didn't take the keys. Then when I came back, I knocked the door, no one answered. I called my bro, and it turned out he left the house early in the morning already. Alamaks. Then I had to call my sis. And my poor sis had to come back all the way from the city just to give me the keys. I waited 45 minutes under my house porch. LOL.
Next time I must check everyone's room door to make sure there will be someone home. Totally MC Squared= Mong char char!

Anyways, yesterday I went to KLCC to watch I Am Legend and also to take pictures for the coming SBS Nite and take some voucher from one our sponsor, Aquaria. The show was... Okay.. I would rate it 7 over 10. Hehe. Well at least it has a good ending, although its kinda sad. Hmm besides the show, we just took pictures and jalan-jalan around.

Christmas is a few week away! Yipeeee, I love Christmassssss! =D
But Christmas also means I loose more $$$. Buying gifts, buying those paper materials to make greeting card.... Plus more energy wrapping presents and making cards. Last year I made bookmarks for people, while my mom dye-ed my hair. It was so tedious I only finished the last bookmark near 1am. Lol. Well, its only once a year. I love doing it!

2008 is just weeks away. I can't wait for Gong Xi Fatt Chai! Oh crap. Final sem exam is just next month too. Then it will be 3 months plus holiday for me. Wheee and zzzz. I think I'll die from boredom after one month. Haha. Anyone got job come find for me okay? =)

Side track to another topic. My FAP tutor makes me pai sieh everytime during tutorials.

1st incident:
I have a friend whom I call Ahpek (Jeremy). Don't ask why, cause actually I also cant remember why. Lol. So during one of the tutorial classes, I wanted to call him. I was at the same row, 2 seats away. The tutor was writing something down so the class was kinda quiet. So I decided to call him "Ahpek" quietly.... But... Unfortunately, I thought my tone was quiet enough, but it was actually quite loud. So when I went "Ahhhhpeeeeeek"...........
The tutor also looked at me.. Then the blunder starts...

Tutor: She calling you ah?
Ahpek: Er dunno ah. You look so she must be calling you lar..
Tutor: *Looks at me* Aaaah who you calling ahpek ahpek ah... I know I very old here la...

*The whole class laughes*.................

Me: *Shakes head super fast, and panics* Hahahahahhahahahha....Noooonoooo I was calling him (jeremy)!!! No no.
Tutor: Ahhh. Coursework marks I not yet give ah. Not yet mark also. I cut marks then you know.
Me: Hahahahha......Nono I was calling him! Don't lar!*Continues laughing*

Of course eventually my face turned red, and I was laughing until there were tears in my eyes.

Actually my friend, the Ahpek was being naughty and so he denied the fact that I was calling him. Haiyoooo!

Incident 2:
Yesterday we had FAP tutorial again. So when I came into the class he started getting all excited about my new hair.

Tutor: Wah cut hair already ah.. So now hair so short cannot do flip hair like this already lar *makes an action similar to the shampoo model flipping her long hair backwards*

*The whole class grins here and there*

I just smiled there and did nothing. Malular. Lol.

Then I was dusting the dust off my shoulder.

Tutor: Hah cut hair still wanna see here and there. Kelimumur ah (Dandruff ah?) Must use that shampoo..Er what you call it..Ah Pantene!
Me:*tersenyum sinis**Muka merah*

He is one busybody tutor. Thats what my mum commented la. Lol. The way he talks reminds me of some chinese gangster. Hehehe. He alwasy comments so much. Not only me, but a few other people also. Pai-sieh only.

Note so self: Never call anyone "Ahpek" during any tutorials.

Lately, I've been looking around at people's photography galleries when I surf the net. I'm not those people that are interested in photography, but I love browsing around at those lovely pictures. Some of the photographers are just absolutely talented. They take like super gorgeous pictures, from sceneries, to weddings to still objects.
So when I'm tired after a full day of classes, or when I my ars gets lazy from doing all those tutorials, I just pop by the com. and have a look at lovely pictures. I found a website recommended by my dad (My dad & young cousin loves photography, and is still learning). Well, if you people wanna have a look to 'cuci mata' , you can drop by photo.net

I love painting walls

What a tiring weekend.

My uncle is back from Singapore to paint his ex-house. Since a tenant was found, my uncle decided to make it looks more appealing. Its been 10 years and there were 4 kids living in that house too so you can imagine how 'clean' the walls are.

Anyways my family helped out yesterday and today. We had 3 meals a day, which to me was fattening. Its like at the 3rd time of the meal, I felt like I've been eating too much for the day. Lol. Nevermind, live to eat!

Yesterday for dinner we had dinner at a curry fish head restaurant. There we bumped into some church members. Yes that area can be small indeed. After that, near midnight my stomach killed me. I think it was the food. Not sure because I was the only one that went to the toilet. The worst part is, around 4am in the morning, I woke up with a terrible stomach pain and rushed to the toilet. Oiiii people sleeping wei!! Can't wait till tomorrow? =.=* So I woke up with panda eyes for the 8am church service. Tsk tsk.

Oh and I realise I'm a very clumsy person. I keep stepping on drops of paint. I keep dripping paint all over. I like to accidentally touch those already painted area. Yaya I know you must be saying "Can wash one mar.."... Well I was using gloss paint to paint the doors and grills. Gloss paint is super sticky and once you touch it, you'll have to use turpentine to wash it away. Unlike normal wall paint, normal water can wash it off easily. So that's why la.
When I scratched my face, I smeared the gloss paint below my eyes, and I didn't know. So I dropped a little bit of turpentine on a cloth and wiped it slightly below my eyes..... Oh My goodness laaaaa.... Turpentine can kill you. It started to burn like siao! Then I splashed my face with water like my face just got burned. Lol. When you rub turpentine on your hands at least it doesn't really burn instantly. This one......... O.O

Dungu-ness.

Then when I bent down to paint the edges of the door, my hair got attracted to the door too. So even my hair got coloured by the door.
So I got free highlighted hair from ICI Dulux paint, cream colour. Now my hair is destroyed because I had to use turpentine on my hair. Not literally wash it with turpentine like shampoo oi. Now I feel that my hair is damaged by that chemical. Tsk tsk.

Hmm painting is kinda fun. But after a while you get so tired and bored of it, then the blisters start to come out. Hurms. Imagine if I paint something like this;

Today I was back home at 6pm. Then I sat on the sofa and dozed off till 8pm. So tired. In a few hours time I'll be sleeping again. Haha. This coming week will be week 7 of college, which means sem exam will be in 7 week time. I'm way behind my studies. Besides studying for coursework, most of the time I laze around at home.

Oh my GPA turned out to be 3.9 for this sem and CGPA 3.2*** Lol cannot remember the four digit numbers. I wish it was the opposite. 3.9 for cgpa, 3.2*** for GPA. Then I can graduate with a distinction. Now I'm only left with the last sem, so even if I do well, the CGPA won't go up that much. So most likely I'll be graduating diploma with a merit.
Okay enough complaining. Thank God I did well =)

Deep-A-Vali

First and foremost, happy Deepavali to all Indians out there, and chinese and malay and angmoh, just in case other races do actually celebrate it. Haha.

It is now 2am in the morning, and yes I am sleepy. I had a wonderful time having supper with Wendee & Cheng Cheng earlier just now at McD's. Hehe. Its always nice catching up with people you haven't been meeting for quite some time. So we sat there and chatted, joked, complained, laughed, all the random things we usually talked about. Then we were suddenly talking about traveling, backpacking, going to Europe! Aaaaah, now I just feel if only I could take one month off and travel to Europe! That would be so much fun, especially if we go as one gang. Fun! But then... Not working, no money. Hmmph! Planning to go Perhentian with my college peeps this coming sem break. We have 3 months of free-ness. Whee~ Hope our plan jadi.

For us there is no boundary when it comes to eating & traveling. Heeheehee.

Anyway, life is so routined. Class class, eat , study, eat, sleep. The subjects this sem are kinda dry and boring, but it will be the only sem left for me to do well and get a good cgpa so that I can graduate with a distinction. But so I must be hardworking, which doesn't seem to happen

H-to the-A-to the -PPPPY!

I am one happy person right now. In fact I was so gan-cheong until I woke up by myself this morning without relying on the alarm. Today , at 10.05am, I logged into the college website to my previous sems result. Hoho. I was praying real hard last night, but I didn't expect I will do this well. Its been a long time I've seen such results.

Ah just cut it short. I had 4 subjects last sem, and my results... I got 3 A's and one B+ .Lol the be minus really destroyed the looks of the A wei! TARC currently changed their grading system. Last time it was just either A/B/C/D. Now they have A/A-/B+/B/B-/C+/C/C-..... So they kinda like upgraded the standart. So if you just drop by one mark, your A- will be a B+ . Oooh I just realise if I just added a few marks my B+ could have been an A-. Lols. Plus the B was for English! ENGLISH!! Last time I got a C !! Oooi how do they actually mark the paper?? Do I have to actually write like an angmoh?? Hoho. So don't take english paper got granted people.

Well thank God for such good results. Now I can't wait to see the cgpa results. Wheee~

Hmm this week was kinda packed. Classes, tutorials, assignment updates and today steamboat !

So today was kinda fun. It was Christina, my friend's birthday. Eh actually it was not today, cause I'm only posting this up on a Saturday morning and we had makan makan a few hours afo, which was Friday.

Around 5pm in the evening I headed off to Chris's apartment, Melati Utama. So we had a wonderful pillow talk session,4 girls and one guy. Actually that guy should have been a girl. Lols. We talked about random topic and laughed ourselves with the loud music in the living room.

At around 8am we left to Talipon, Air Panas and sat there eating until around 10.50pm. The boss of the shop asked us to eat more. Lol. How kind of him. I think we spent the most time and ate the most there. A group of working people came 5 minutes after us and left much earlier compared to us. I feel so full of oil & carbon, that I feel like going for a swim to burn it away right now! Haha. No pictures of the eating session cause we were too busy barbeque-ing and eating lar. I did burn a few bak kuas and decided to cut of the edges of carbon. Too much carbon ain't good. So I made some bak kua ring. Lol.


I wouldn't want too much of that going into my body. *No I'm not a health freak.*

Hmm anyway after that we left for home. I like the lighting up in MU's apartment.
I wonder what its like living like a student. Staying with your college friends, it must be fun. You get to experience something different from home. Haha. Just a random thing my friend and I were talking at the balcony while waiting for the others to get ready for dinner. Wonder what it feels like living in an apartment too. Looks like I'm gonna crash a night into their apartment one day. Heehee.

Ruang rindu

Have you heard of the band Letto? Hmm probably not if you don't listen to any malay songs. Well, I saw a small clip of this band's song, "Ruang Rindu" I think its kinda nice. Well, besides Belaian Jiwa by Innuendo, this is the only malay song that interest me. Lol. I'm very muhibah. Malay,chinese,indian and english, all listened. But 99% is English lar.

They also sang an English song "Truth,Cry and Lie".

Waxing car=Fat burner

Wah I just finish waxing my car. Now its so so so sparkling clean. Usually when I clean my car I'll just wash and not wax. Since this time the car was like unbearably black with dirt, no matter how much I rub it with soap it still doesn't come out, I decided to wax it. Plus my car is white in colour. Man, it was a mistake when my mom decided to spray it white. Alot of maintenance to do, since tahi burung abit also can see, black spot abit can see, raindrops mark also can see. This will be the last time having a white car. Dahla its not metallic white, so the stains are more obvious and its harder to clean.

Anyways, i spent the last one and a half hour washing and waxing. For the waxing I used rubbing compound. Its something like wax, but much stronger and effective. Its so strong until it chipped off my nail =.=*. Yes my nail! My nails are starting to peel layer by layer. Not all, just two fingers cause I only used that two fingers more to rub against the car. Yeesh.

If you wanna sweat it out, you should try waxing your car. Halfway waxing, a few drops of sweat came dripping down my leg. Lol. Be more rajin and start cleaning your car, instead of asking your maid/mom to do it. Keke. Or sending it to for a carwash, like what most people do nowdays. No time? If you can spend hours on the com playing RO/Dota/Lineage etc. , then the car is no prob. Lol. *Janganla terasa.. Making this world a better place mar! Hahaha!* =P

8am-8pm Part 2

Oh good morning. Now I shall continue with what I posted before this.

Before the movie, we were searching for the gift for him. So being girls, and with the sales on, we side tracked to so many shops along the way. The 1st shop we side tracked to was
Vincci+Padini+Seed. Ended up buying a top. Lols.

We wanted blue, but the pink was nicer.

Hmm. After the movie we had yum-cha session at some shop that is famous for its bubble tea. They have all types of flavours. I didn't fancy tea that much so I ordered something with plum and suinmui. Not bad, but kinda sweet. By the time the movie ended it was 5.30pm so we didn't wanna leave yet. The MRR2 highway would be jammed like mad at that time. So we yum cha-ed till 7 plus.

8am to 8pm Part 1

*yawns.....*

Today was a 8am lecture at college for Company Law. Ewwness. The only thing I remember during that one hour lecture is "Partnership is not a separate legal entity" . Leeh its just week one, so I'll buck up after the Raya hols. Heehee. Well lets not talk about law, lets talk about what I did form 8am-8pm today. 8am was law lecture, when it was raining, when I was suppose to be in sleep it I didnt have that lecture, when I wouldnt have to drive in the heavy and wondering if my wipers will fly off the windscreen. Lols. After that we headed to 1Utama to celebrate Jeremy Teoh, my tutor friend's twent-teen-th birthday. He's leaving to Aussie next year after we finish Diploma. Its gonna be so quiet =( .

Oh for his present we bought a photo frame. Yes, very common... But we took a group photo without telling him we're gonna develop it. Then I went to a photo shop somewhere opposite Pet Wonderland and washed it instantly. Then we gave the frame with the photo inside. Hehe. I made his birthday card. I guess I found a new hobby.
We had bowling session before the movie. That's when we did the sneaky job of taking the picture & running off after a while, saying we were gonna buy "something" .Teehee kena con! Our gift picture....

Oh yes we watched Resident Evil Extinction! Hmm. I kinda like it but the ending was hanging lor. I guess they will be continuing this movie with a proper ending kua. Anyways, the show was kinda *sinks down slowly on the seat during the movie* ..... Hmm the show is not suitable for oldies having symptoms of heart attack. Haha. I definitely jumped at a few scenes. But I love jumpy jumpy moments! >,< Before that we had lunch at Carls Jr.. Something like Burger King, but pricier and yummier. The burger is like, bigger than my palm? The amount of fries they give for a medium size is like almost double McD's. The price...Hmm ranging from RM12-25. But its definitely worth it. My stomach almost burst. Manage to finish 3/4 of it & ate the leftover meat instead. Plus I had a big bowl of pan mee in the morning. Hoho. Fattening wei. Let the pictures do the talking.
